Throughout the journey from Marketing Executive to Strategic Development Consultant to Leadership Coach, she has had the opportunity to evolve through professions such as Marketing Manager for Star International Corp., an export company to Latin America and Southeast Asia; Swaps Trader for Tullets of Tokyo Liberty France; Community Liaison Officer for the State Department in Angola; and Economic Expert with AETS, a Management Consultancy in France.

Luciano Pezzotta is the Founder and Managing Partner of the Asian operations of the European Center for Strategic Innovation (ECSI), management research, advisory and executive education firm named as one of the 15 global leading firms in innovation management by Kennedy Research, the most authoritative analyst of the consulting industry (ecsi-edu.eu).
He has over fifteen years of strategy and innovation consulting experience across Europe and the Asia Pacific. He has led tens of consulting engagements for multinational organizations in sectors such as ICT, FMCG, banking and life sciences.
Since 2006 he has completed the Blue Ocean Strategy qualification process under the supervision of Professors W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne, co-creators of Blue Ocean Strategy and has over 10 years of experience globally as a Blue Ocean Strategy practitioner.
He is also Adjunct Faculty for Strategy and Innovation at ICLIF, an international, Asia-based centre of excellence focused on leadership development founded under the auspices of Bank Negara Malaysia (iclif.org) and at SIM Professional Development, the executive education arm of the Singapore Institute of Management.
Luciano holds an MSc in International Management and is a regular speaker and blogger on matters of innovation, strategy and leadership.
Masa Takeshita : Tokyo
Masa is Japanese and is based in Tokyo. He has an MBA from the Copenhagen business school and is an internationally experienced coach, trainer and consultant who has a strong passion in supporting your success in a multinational business environment.
